Hi, can anyone tell me where i can find an information pack about T2 for my friends and family, everytime i try to explain the basic they forget a day later, so this way i can staple it to their heads.mwahahahahahahaha :twisted:

your local gp should have some booklets, if not then there is a diabetes for dummies book which is supposed to be good
