I work down the left one day and the right the next. I also rotate the injection points in each area, so that I never use the same spot twice in 3 days. I have no lumps, bumps etc. I get the occasion bruise but that's just from catching a capillary once in a while. Still bloody hate injecting, even though I've been doing it for 29 years!</p></blockquote><p></p>
