Injection Spots

I take Lantus at night and 95% of these injections go into my right thigh. I'm trying to move them around and for the past three nights have done it in my left thigh. This has left me with a painful lump that leaks a tiny bit. Anyone know why or how to avoid?

Try injecting in the bum, to avoid the leaks leave the needle in the skin for 10-12 seconds after you have administered the dose, always inject in the fatty areas.

I always inject in my stomach, changing sides each day and leave the needle in for 5 seconds are the dial is at zero.
