Hi all!
For once I am not posting about food!
Quick question about injecting. I do my long acting in my thigh, rotating legs and areas. Would it be possible to hit a nerve? (5mm). Only reason I ask is because yesterday the injection hurt and now I have this weird pain all the way down my leg.
So many things to learn and think about.

and also when I cahned to a pen and had 5mm needles. I haven't since being prescribed 4 mm needles. Do you pinch before injecting ?
