Inspiration Thread

D'ya reckon there's two females hiding behind that board.
Top one balancing on the shoulders of the bottom one.

Nah, I'd to lengthen the board to accommodate the entire text.
It looks sooooo out of proportion now but, what the heck, you
get the drift of the message just the same.

I love this thread, always put a smile on my face! Thank you Willie and Daisy and all who encourage and inspire and take the time to post these awesome quotes!

Thank you NotSoSweet2.
Yes daisy sends in excellent posts. Thanks from me too daisy.

Opalshards and a few other members have been posting good ones also.
I'm grateful to them, more so as I've been feeling pretty rubbish the past
couple of months resulting in me not posting as much as I'd like to,
so they're keeping the thread very much alive.

I'm beginning to feel better, which means I can start posting more frequently again.

The fact you like the thread so much is very pleasing to read.

Best wishes.

Hi lunarlinda, do you mean the quote in your sig?
"The difference between a flower and a weed is judgement".

It's brilliant btw.

No Willie, the statement in your signature about the reader and the writer. Because I'm quite sarcastic in my humour, I've noticed that when texting, I'm saying things innocently sarcastic, but they can be soooooo easily miss interpreted as if I'm being nasty. So I txt your saying to the person in question and they melted from the upsetness they were feeling, 'cos if you read it again with a nicer intonation, it sounded better. xx

Aaaah, that's so good to know, lunarlinda.

You know, I was in correspondence with someone who completely
misread/misunderstood/misinterpreted one of my replies.

So I composed it to remind myself of that correspondence aaaand, if and when a reply from
me could just possibly be misunderstood, I include it under a line at the bottom of the page.

I'm thrilled it worked in your favour also.

Thank you for letting me know.

Willie, I hope you are feeling better now, take care of yourself, sorry you were having such a rough time.

NotSoSweet2, that is "so sweet" of you to mention it and I will take care of myself.

Feeling a bit on the rough side seriously raises it's ugly head every so often.
I've no idea why it happens except I've so many daft things wrong with
my body that perhaps they all come together at times with a mighty
big clash and a roar of thunder just for the fun of it and to annoy me.

Still, as the song goes, always look on the bright side of life.
Well it's better than being a martyr isn't it.

Seriously though, your thoughtful words have cheered me up no end.

Thank you.
