Hi does anyone, use light choices or weight watchers products, I have been looking at them in supermarkets for a year now, not sure what to buy in case I am doing the wrong thing, I am talking about the deserts and cakes of course, mainly I have seen them in tesco...but not sure at all if I would be doing the right thing....any thoughts welcome, thank you Kat ......
 
Look at the carb content, I believe you'll find its full of sugar. If any product has more than 10g of carb per 100g I steer clear.
 
Lenny, thank you, I just did not know that, I have only been looking at the sugar....to try and find something less than a third of carb....I see high levels of sugar in these foods,it was just a thought though, thanks for you reply
