This is exactly why I eat the way I do. So I can take very small doses of insulin. He also talks about the MTor pathway being the pathway to disease and eating more than 3 oz protein at a time, or too much protein in general leads to disease. I know I need to bolus for protein and split the bolus if over 3 oz showing protein does spike insulin. Almost as much as carbs. I prefer a nice fatty meal</blockquote>
