I remember reading an article some time ago which showed that insulin levels have increased over time, in some population - can't find it for the life of me.
Do you have any references that show any increase say in fasting insulin, or phase 1 / 2 meal responses, or even a general decrease in c-peptide.
Similarly anything on fasting or post prandial blood sugar averages (or HbA1c's).
Anything on Pancreas deficiency over time.
