I've been giving myself my insulin jabs in the belly area, mostly because I reason that my nice layer of fats there should cushion the jab and stop it from hurting so much. :lol:
When I'm out, I must confess that I usually pop into the nearest, cleanest possible loo (I never put my pen down anywhere) to jab myself. After reading the "Do not inject in public loos" thread though, I'm wondering if there are other, more easily accessible spots I can inject myself without having to resort to run to the toilet.
Do you do your arms? Thighs? Does it hurt the same?
