I'm not sure what you are asking either. Many of your terms refer to the areas/processes in the cell where insulin is translated from RNA, synthesised and secreted out of the cell. Others are more general terms . The wiki article on insulin has a section on insulin synthesis that might help. but I think that you will have to have some background in biology to understand it .
