How much did your basal go down when you used insulin in combination with any of these oral diabetic medication

I am a Type 2 and not an insulin user. Most of the medications you list in the thread title are T2D specific and require active beta-cell output to work. I doubt if they will have much influence on your glucose levels, The only one I see that may have some benefit is Metformin, not for glucose reduction, but for its other benefits in regard to CVE protection

I warn that using SGLT-2 Inhibitors as a T1D can be harmful and lead to DKA.

If weight loss is your aim, then keep away from these meds, and start to look at dietary control. Low Carb diets are suitable for reducing insulin requirements and can be used by insulin users, but you need to be on a regime that allows both basal and bolus control, and self-monitoring of bgl is imperative. I believe this approach is far more productive for T1D than playing around with other medications and supplements.

In the past I have been on :
Insulin + metformin - far as I could tell did nothing that could be tested for
Insulin + SGLT2 - severely reduced my kidney function, doctors pulled it the minute they got eGfr results
Insulin + exenatide - made me nauseous, stopped my liver dumping glucose so made hypos more dangerous
None of them made any difference to the amount of insulin I needed to take.

I'm afraid you have to lose weight the old fashioned way. To reduce glucose production, eat less. To remove fat build-up, exercise more.
