Sorry @static192, I asked all those questions and then got waylaid! I can't add anything to what others have said: like them I often find that NovoRapid is slow, but that it's really all about timing - and for me, I find that life often gets in the way of that! I find NovoRapid quick at breakfast but probably because it coincides with my daily Basal. I have a tendency to forget the action of Basal! So I test at 5am say, having woken early, and find my blood sugar is going too low. I don't usually snack or treat. Then at 7am my Basal has come to an end, my bs is creeping up until it's modified by my next Basal injection and by my Bolus injection to match breakfast. I try to stick to a routine so I know what to expect, but it doesn't always work!
