Insulin post gastric sleeve how is it dealt with?

I am inline for gastric sleeve surgery for weight loss. I am on quite a bit of insulin because I am insulin resistant. 60 units humalog with 6 units R500 humalin every meal. I am terrified of a low sugar as I do not get hungry when that happens last week a sugar of 35 talking but dizzy and NOT hungry.

I had a gastric sleeve back in 2011. My diabetes vanished over night for months.
But mine got worse through my own neglect, if you look after yourself you should be fine.
