I do have to be very careful about inserting and I have inserted into muscle on a few occasions (not fun), but it's just a matter of squeezing the insert site to bunch your fat up and then inserting.I suppose if you get down to 6% body fat you may have issues but 8-12% body fat will definitely show your abs and your insertions shouldn't be too difficult.</blockquote>
