Hey all, not really a direct question, more of a general discussion on which insulin pump would be better for shift workers.
Currently should be on night shift but as I am down with the flu at the moment, (so even the best technology has no hope for controlling bg!) so with the main focus being bg it brings me to wonder whether the t slim would be a better option as it doesn’t use the week’s previous history to “learn” what to dose like my Medtronic 780 does. Don’t get me wrong, the 780 does a reasonable job, more so than it originally did, but I often get to thinking if I would’ve chosen the t slim would it have been the better choice as the only thinking it does is in regards to what is going to happen in the next 30 minutes.
