Insulin pump supplies

If these supplies are provided by NHS, it is immoral to make money from them.
If you are not based in the UK, I mean no offence.

I am on Medicare and they just allow us so many to keep on hand. I was wondering if I could buy extras from individuals that may be don’t need them or have an over abundance of supply and there’s nothing immoral about it.
