Insulin pump

Anyone have any idea, my son had an insulin pump which he badly managed due to denial of condition, he is now 20 and Medtronic say he still gas an account with them that has been suspended, he spoke to diabetes nurse who says funding shouldn't be a problem as he would like to give the pump a go again as he is now older and wiser Anyone had experience of this
 
I'll 'bump' your post up the forum in the hope that you get some replies.

It sounds as if he was taken off of the pump, thus his account was suspended so that he could not order any more supplies. All that will happen is that the account will be reactivated when and if new funding becomes available to him.
