Insulin pumps

Hi all, my first time in the forum, how exiting !, my 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with t1 diabetes 5 months ago and after we got over the initial shock and she spent 5 days in hospital so we could learn how to care for her things have been going ok, we are now looking into getting her on an insulin pump and I was just wondering what parents opinions are of pumps in general and what make of pumps are generally used ? i am an "oldie" so no help as a parent -- but i recently started pumping ( 5 months ago) and my diabetic nurse happened to mention to me she was in the process of getting a 2 1/2 year old on to a pump -- the pump in question is an omnipod
that is the pump I am using -- full marks from me for this model

Hiya, as quite a Newbie to all this it's quite daunting, think we are going to have to go to her clinic and see what they say, happy pumping
