Insulin reaction

I have type 2 and every time i inject my insulin after about 2 minuts my skin starts to itch . Any ideas please

Sounds like your having a allergic reaction to one or more of the ingredients, do mention this to your diabetes team.

i get the same thing but only with levemir, i moved off of lantus because of a burning sensation when injecting. while the ithing is annoying i find it better than the burning, doesn't usually last as long

If its a nusicense it might be worth asking to try another insulin

Hello. When I first started using Insulin 18 months ago, for 2 - 3 weeks I too experienced a stinging/burning at the injection site, but have no problems whatsoever now.
