Depends how high I think.. my last one was 1.06 and the report came back as And my results came in like this So it looks like anything over 1 implies some degree of Insulin Resistance the higher the worse?

I thought all T2s are. Is that a bit like my Hba1c showing in not diabetic but I know I am and it is only low because I avoid carbs?
