Insulin resistance

Is anyone particularly insulin resistance on the week running up to their time of the month? I seem to be tripling insulin ☹️
 
Yes, nearly always! I call it " black week " and I can actually use it to know my monthly will start as it's usually 7 days before. During the first week I usually have " golden week " when I'm my most insulin sensitive. None of this i picked up before I had my libre, bloody hormones!!!
