Insulin users survey... type 1 and 2 people, please help.

As part of a pump development project, I'm doing an NHS-funded survey in the UK on the difficulties of controlling blood glucose with insulin. I need 1000 responses but have not yet reached 300. If you would help by filling one in, go to http://www.dmu.ac.uk/diabetes to download. It's freepost to return it...or e-mail [email protected]. I'm keen to hear from type 2 and type 1 from anywhere in the world. Thanks, Joan Taylor.

Hi Joan ,welcome to the forum.We do not usually allow clear posting of email addresses on the forum for the posters own security but if you wish it to be left then just let me know.We usually remove them because otherwise you will get millions of spam emails from the 'bots' picking it up!!
