I have been using insulin now for several months,after 1 week my sugar level dropped to 7 to 10 was 27 before,i use lantus pen.
my readings have gone back up again WHY//?

There could be lots of reasons.
Is your insulin in date and has it been frozen or exposed to excess heat?
Are you carb counting to match dose to food?
Are you ill or stressed?
