Insulogenic Foods - Strange Question


The only problem I see with that is that sometimes you don't know what is bad for you.
Some sweet foods are absolutely delicious but can be really bad for you.
But everything in moderation is usually fine!
 
My body lies to me tells me I need carbs I don't tells me I need a shed load of calories I don't. I take every thing it says with a pinch of salt.
 
I seem to remember that you eat protein first, followed by vegetables then carbohydrates.
 
Carbs require more insulin than protein. At least that's what my meter and insulin doses tell me.
Finding the difference between T 1 & 2 tells me which foods require more insulin. Definately carbs then protein then fat.
