Found this link to a clinical intervention study in a Myfitnesspal forum, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15533250 makes interesting reading, wish I had more access to read the full paper

Yes I found that too but wasn't working earlier,however it is nowso having a read.

The energy from carb/fat/protein ratio is interesting too
