I am thinking about using this, providing people think it is worth doing. However, could someone give me some guidelines as to how often and how long seems 8pm to 12am is normal?
Also, how do you fit this in with exercise. For example, do you do your exercise while still fasting, or do you delay it until you have broken your fast?
