I'm Hollie, and i'm fifteen years old. Almost sixteen.
I was diagnosed in Gran Canaria (Spain, ish.) when I was eleven. I lost my hair, and basically looked anorexic (I drank 8 litres of water at once, ate 5 whole roast chickens for dinner, and NEVER did number 2 on the toilet. EVER.)
I've had it for four years now, and it's still not perfect, but i'm trying!

Have a look in the Diabetes Youth Club as you will find other people your age there with diabetes.
