iron tonics

Unless you are low in iron, and have had a test to confirm this by your gp, in which case your doctor will prescribe iron tablets on prescription, I can't really see the need to use one. Could you please explain your reasons for asking!

I would ask your gp before starting to take a iron tonic, I am sure that to much iron in the body is as harmful as to little, so I would check first.
