Is anyone else also diagnosed as APS, type II? Auto-immune polyglandular syndrome?

Hoping to find others to discuss further interactions between autoimmune diseases. Even more of a roller coaster ..

I have Psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, rosacea, blepharitis, IBS, and now type 2 diabetes. My thyroid gland is chock full of nodules that have been biopsied and are non cancerous so I suspect possible hashimotos considering other symptoms. Also just suddenly went into full blown menopause at 37 years old for no apparent reason. Every time I turn around it seems I have another auto-immune condition. According to my long term disability carrier I am just fine to go back to work lol. I feel like **** all the time. Sore, stiff, tired, fat, sluggish, itchy, can't sleep, etc. Roller coaster is exactly right. Hoping to see an endocrinologist soon. Family thinks I am just whiny I am sure but they have no idea what this is like.
