Is anyone else having problems with hypoglycemia.uk?

I subscribed to hypoglycemia.uk about 6 weeks ago, and took their Hypo Training Program. There should have been a free wristband for completing the program, which should have been delivered within 4 weeks. It's been 5 weeks now, and no wristband.

I went back to the site today. My username/password was not accepted, clicking the "Forgotten password" button does absolutely nothing, as does their Contact Us form. The site is essentially dead. Or is it just me?
 
Hi I've just tried to go on site all I got was a warning not go on it hacked
 

Alan_Stanier - I am unaware of any widespread issues with that site, but if you would care to send an email of your concerns to forum@diabetes.co.uk , it can be looked into.

In your email, please include your site user name, plus the email address you used when you signed up to hypoglycaemia.co.uk . Please do not include your password.
 


Now I am confused! The site I accessed was hypoglycaemia.uk rather than hypoglycaemia.co.uk ... are these the same organisation with two UK sites?

When I copy and paste hypoglycaemia.uk into the search engine, the message I see is "
Sorry, the website hypoglycaemia.uk cannot be found."
 
I right mouse clicked on hypoglycemia.uk and selected "Go to hypoglycemia.uk" and Google took me to the website straight away.
