Is baby corn ok to eat?

I've been having lots of veg with my meals as it helps fill me up and is healthy. I wanted to get something different and came across a bag of frozen veg called a Summer medley. It's got baby corn, carrots and sugarsnap peas. Are they ok to eat or is the baby corn a no go?
