What I will say is that like a puppy bought for Christmas diabetes is for life so you should really be looking for a diet that you can stick to for life, not just for a few months to loose weight. You will only find out what works for you by trying different foods and testing your bg levels before and after eating so you can see what different foods do to your bg levels.
