There is a good video that I saw recently on youtube
here's the link"
It covers the most recent research and has a lot of revealing info about diabetes.
most important it asks the question at the end is it better to lower blood sugar or blood pressure?
In my case I found that diabetes was caused by long term stress, which of itself was not obvious because I had lots of energy, a good diet and did lots of exercise. I had translated all of that to mean good health. This underlying stress however was exacerbated by anger episodes, which ultimately led to the diabetes symptoms.
For me this video does shed light that long term stress is a problem in developing type 2 diabetes.
