Hmm. I use Humulin R before the meals and Humulin N before sleep.
Well if I should make a list, these are mostly what I eat;
(7:00AM)Breakfast:

- 1 Slice of Bread
- 1 Apple
- Cup of tea or coffee (I add a bit of splenda to it)
- Half a tomato
- Around 2 slices of cheese (which are about the size of an Iphone when summed up
)
- Egg
I mostly eat same things in breakfast because it is pretty fast to eat all of these and also my dietician recommended these.
Snack(11:00AM)

These snacks never change. I always take the same snacks everyday. Only the fruit or type of biscuit changes. But the amounts are same.
- Fruit
- 3-4 pieces of biscuit(non-sugar)

Well this always changes of course but it is around this
- Soup
- Salad
- Vegetables a bit
- 2 slices of bread
- Rice or pasta (amounts are around 2-3 tablespoons)
- Meat (about the size of 3 big meatballs)

- Fruit
- 3-4 pieces of biscuit
(7:00PM)Dinner

Same as lunch but also with a bit yoghurt

And about the mg/dl thing ;
My sugar was around 16 , 17 for the last 2 months and when I went to hospital last week they checked it and the monitor showed 5. So I rested at hospital for a few days and came back yesterday. Today I checked my bs and it is back to 13. I also seen 6 today which is weird. When I woke up today It was 16 , at 1:00PM it was 6 , at 7:00PM it was 15 and at 22:00 which is about an hour ago , it was about 17.
