is my condition serious ??

Dear Peers,

I am a 30 Year old male working in a stressful environment which involves long & irregular work hours . I just checked my blood sugar and bp and the results are 24.5 & 160/110 respectively. I've been told by the nurses to rush to the hospital asap.

Please advise on things that I should /should not do at this stage.

Sounds like the best advice, the nurses are giving you. The time to go is now.

Don't waste time here. Get to A@E. Complications can develop very quickly if you do not have treatment.
