Of course we are all different but if it was a fatty dressing and with the avocado that sure seems like a lot of insulin. Sounds like you did and are doing all the right things. Must be very frustrating. Have you asked your dr directly for the numbers, explain you are in top of your diabetes and you need those numbers? Odd she doesn't want to tell you.</blockquote>
