Is the low carb programme site down?

I only joined yesterday, spent time on both this and the programme site in the evening and today, no matter what I do, it won't let me in. I tried calling Diabetes main number but the phone cuts off after 40 seconds. All my other things are working fine.

Nobody on this forum is a member of the LCP Support Team, so all anyone could do would be speculate on your issue.

I hope the problem will be resolved shortly.

Chrissie - All diabetes.co.uk staff are working remotely at the moment, for obvious reasons, so I apologise that you have found contacting anyone frustrating.

There's nobody on this forum who also works on the Low Carb Programme, so @Antje77 's suggestion is the best way forward. I hope you get it sorted out.
