I have just had a bad hypo, and am feeling wasted. This morning, I walked about 30 mins in the snowy pavements, had a small baguette and coffee for lunch and settled down with the papers about 1.30. At 4.45 I stood up to make a cup of tea and a snack when a hypo hit me from nowhere. 3.6 on the meter and a feeling of excessive hunger. I had my jelly babies but still feeling pretty weak. Is there an alarm system I can wear to get a warning of my blood falling?
I am T2 on insulin and metformin.

A continuous glucose meter (CGM), can warn when your BG is too high, too low or changing too low.
It is rare to get these on the NHS (you are likely to need to show lack of hypomawareness) and are not cheap to self fund.
