Although not a hypo I am very concerned! Hours after eating!! IMG_3949.jpegIMG_3948.pngIMG_3952.pngIMG_3953.pngIMG_3954.jpeg

Why are you concerned? Just eat something to edge your level up a bit.
I am concerned because it shouldn’t be dropping that low within hours of eating. I can’t eat and pop glucose tabs like smarties every time my BG gets low.

How long ago did you eat/inject? There may be some of your last meal bolus working. Any fat in your meal slows the rate carbs are absorbed. You're still on fixed rates for meals, and in the honeymoon phase, where your own pancreas gives you insulin unexpectedly. The heat causes some of us to experience lower blood sugar than normal, but some people need more insulin when it's hot.

It's not an exact science and those of us with decades of living with diabetes sometimes have to take extra carbs or extra insulin. I'm afraid it's part of having type 1 diabetes.

Your quick acting insulin for your meal will still have been working at 3pm. Don't forget blood meters aren't 100% accurate either.

The main thing is that you saw your level was dropping and could take action to prevent a hypo.

Nothing seems to be 100% accurate!

Honestly losing the will to live. Rang the diabetes centre earlier and all they could say was you’re doing really well. I don’t feel like I’m doing really well at all

Please don't lose the will to live , I would say your diabetes clinic is correct in saying you're doing fine, looking at those figures there would be no reason to say otherwise , welcome to the life of being a type 1 diabetic .
