Did they begin in 10, 20, 30 years, or later? I'm also curious as to what you think caused your conditions. Diet? Lack of exercise? Nutritional deficiencies? High glucose levels? Other things, perhaps stress or lack of sleep? Working nights?I'm sorry to hear you're living with complications. Perhaps by telling bits and pieces of your history, we can learn from you.</blockquote>
