Has anyone seen trust me I'm a doctor on bbc where they tested 10 ppl who had pasta to eat? One time they were given freshly cooked still hot pasta. Then the pasta was given to them cold and then then the cold pasta was re-heated. When they had the hot pasta their BG reading was at its highest, the cold pasta readings were lower and the re-heated pasta readings were even lower.
Anyone tried this?
 
Nope no intention of it. I live very easily without pasts and thre thought of cold or reheated is ... bawk...
 
Yes members have tried it with great success, I think SamJB was one such member and there were a couple of others, I've yet to put it to the test.
 
I don't fancy it, but there were a few threads about it a couple of weeks ago. If you do a search, you might find out how people got on trying it
