If you are sointerested in diet, that you can quote your percentages, I would recommend you read "the Diet Deception" by Gary Taubes He questions the whole concept of "healthy balanced diet" and has trawled through reams of published, peer reviewed material. My copy has nearly 100 reference pages.
I'm sugesting this to you, because 60% carbs is very high. You don't need it and unless you are running constant marathons, it might be harming you. A Very high carb diet is a possible cause of Insulin Resistance. If your carbs are rfrom grains, they are not digestible unless cooked!
