Ok, did a blood sugar just on the hoof and it was 7.9, within an hour and a half/2hrs it had gone up to 8.0. Is this ok, but just asking as I really want to keep in these ranges the 8 was before tea.

Yes that's brilliant for stability, I was told if it goes up or down more than 1mmol within an hour this is when you need to adjust your basal rates in the hours prior to these rises/falls
