Issue with Libre - blank screen

Thank you SO much for this solution!! Am on holiday and been 24 hours without any idea about sugar levels …. and this has SAVED my bacon. Hugely grateful….

I have tried clicking on it but still won’t open up. I have now emailed Abbott as can’t get through on phone

when you say it sends to your smart watch how does that happen can you look at your watch and it shows yours bloods without needing to scan?
Yep, watch vibrates & shows readings, didn’t have to do anything, Watch is a garmin fenix 6s pro which is connected to my iPhone

Hi, Thanks for the tip, I reinstalled the app from the purchased app and logged back in.
I scanned the sensor Libre 2 I had when the app crashed, and it worked

BUT alarms don't seem to work anymore. it hasn't updated my range and doesn't show the usual lines on the console. Do I need to start another sensor? Thanks

Just done this now. So have Shuggah readings across my screen and able to scan sensor too

Don’t think the alarms will work until you start a new sensor, I’ve downloaded shugar , hopefully the alarms will work on that when I go out of range

hi this happenned to me this morning , just get a white screen when going in to the app ! at least I now know that is not an
issue with my phone and can stop trying to resolve at my end end : guess will just have to be patient and back to the old finger pricking (boo hoo)

If anyone is still having this issue you can use other apps to check glucose levels. They work with the Libre 2 sensors. I am now using Shuggah. It does the job until Libre fix the app issue and saves the fingers from going back to finger prick testing.

See my recent post - I am using an alterntive app that does the same as Libre.

i am eagerly awaiting response. ive gone into iq connect store and ive added drip x app now trying to download a watch face for cgm

I have just done this and it worked thanks for the post. If anyone who is getting a blank screen deletes the app. Does exactly what the post above says, then download it again. You can continue using the libre you still have on. Although u will lose all of your data off the app.

I didn’t have to do anything specific. I did have to tap on the Bluetooth icon in Shuggar and follow the instructions and be particularly patient waiting for it to connect with my phone, but I got there in the end. I then went into the phone Bluetooth settings and checked that the sensor was there and connected, which it was. At first I got notifications every minute which was a bit annoying but you can select how many minutes between each notification within the Shuggar settings. Shuggar seems brilliant apart from that you cannot enter your insulin injections or your carbohydrate consumption. The big issue is that a new sensor must be activated by the LibreLink app that you can’t now use until they fix it, or a reader, which I don’t have.

I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work. Still a blank screen.

download the shuggah appt, it very easy to do, and understand.

merci, I discovered the app. Super helpful! I didn't have to change the sensor! Merci
