I take my Tresiba at 7pm, In the morning my blood zooms back up, until I have my breakfast and rapid.  I have told the diabetic nurse all of this, but I am told nothing helpful except that it is a very good insulin. They act like I am doing something wrong.  I test morning, evening and every meal, and still can't sort it out. Any advice would be appreciated.  I am thinking of going back to Lantus or similar.
