But I just wanted to say that I haven’t been able to exercise much due to arthritis. I do try and walk more than I used to but that’s it. I’ve lost 4 stone since diagnosis by eating low carb and that has been beneficial to not only my blood sugars and blood pressure, but my arthritis too. Carrying less weight has improved my joints especially my feet and hips.</p></blockquote><p></p>
