The Blood Sugar 101 book (based on the phlaunt website) is fantastic, do read it Dave; I hope all DSNs are made to read it...for the first time I seemed to understand what was happening and why. Apparently, I didn't make myself diabetic by being a fat old tart who likes real ale; diabetes may have been making me a fat old tart! I take full responsibility for the real ale, though...
