Bit off topic but I love avocados only trouble is I always eat the whole one at one sitting.
Is there a way of stopping the cut half from going brown and manky?
Avocados are my go to food when I'm looking for carbs, fat, and protein. I just weighed a small avocado, pit and skin removed. Half a small avocado weighs 57 grams, and has 5 gram carb, 8 gram fat, and 1 gram protein.
I have on two occasions eaten a whole avocado but 10 grams is a lot if you're on a very low carbohydrate diet, particularly for a snack.
