Type 2 I've been ill today

hi I am unable to keep anything down today even water I've also had diorear , I have a real stomach ache , I have not been able to take my tables metformin three times a day . I have just checked my blood it 5.0 . Is there anything I can do to feel better ?

maybe take those pills called imodium , if you are sure it is diorhea... this medicine can stop that... if you dont eat , then also don´t worry of the metformin... it doesn´t do that much difference... just focus on getting well

try eating some salty bisquits and maybe a glass of sugary drink....
or get some icecubes and have them melt slowly in your mouth so maybe a little water will stay inboard

I would just sip small amounts of water, say every half hour.

I would give my stomach a rest from any food till the morning.

I'm not a doctor this is just what I do. I hope you feel better soon.
