This isn't just about Alzheimer's, it's risk in diabetes etc. This covers a range of topics..... hour long for those interested in this. Thought this was well worth posting. That word hyperinsulemia appears again.

 
Totally agree, a fascinating podcast well worth a listen.
 
I like Ivor Cummings talks. Thanks for posting, I will be taking a look.
 
We must watch similar videos, as I watched this 3 hours ago whilst doing the dishes. Again shows the role of insulin in chronic conditions. I think this is purposefully overlooked, as if it were front a centre, people would naturally ask how this can be lowered.....we all know where this leads so this cannot be mainstreamed.
